Contest Terms & Conditions

To Enter:

• Complete one (1) entry form per person at www.jcdandassociates.com/antigua-contest/
• Persons can enter as many times as they wish
• All mandatory fields must be completed with valid information
• Entrant must be in possession of a valid passport for travel
• On collection of prize Two (2) valid forms of I.D must be presented. One of which must be a Passport (both forms of I.D must correspond to said winner).
• Winner MUST travel with their guest.
• Entrant and guests MUST be able to board the flight from a country that LIAT services.

Caribbean Passport, JCD and Associates Ltd, Antigua & Barbuda Tourism Authority, LIAT, Jolly Beach Resort & Spa from here onwards will be referred to as 'The Sponsors'

The Sponsors will not be held liable whatsoever for any negative action taken against the prize winners and guests that derive from any or all of the following:

• Absence of travel documents or any required legal document at country of origin or country of final destination.
• Disobedience of aviation rules and regulations while at the airport or in flight
• Illegal activity i.e. fraud; smuggling of contraband; falsifying of documents; identity theft; trafficking of narcotics and/or terrorism.
• Destruction of property by the prizewinner or guests at the airport, in flight, the hotel, on the tours and/or country of final destination.
• Late arrival for flights, tours and/or hotel check-in. Disobedience of house rules of the Jolly Beach resort & Spa
• Negligence while on tours provided as part of the packaged prize promotion.
• Breaking the laws of the destination country
• JCD & Associates Ltd. and related parties are not responsible for any of the winner's travel documentation.
