Caribbean Passport Grand Prize Promotion
JCD & Associates together with The Bahamas National Festival Commission, Breezes Bahamas & Bahamas Masqueraders are giving away an all inclusive trip for two to the Bahamas Junkanoo Carnival which will be held in Nassau from May 5th-7th!
Our extravagant and exclusive Grand Prize includes:
- A return trip for two (2) persons to beautiful Nassau in The Bahamas.
- Accommodation for two (2) persons (Meals included) from May 05 - 07 (inclusive) at the Super Clubs Resort (Breezes, Bahamas).
- Transportation will be provided to official Bahamas Junkanoo Carnival events.
- Two Carnival Costumes from the reigning costume band, Bahamas Masqueraders.
- Promotion runs from March 2016 to April 24th, 2016.
- This prize is valid for Junkanoo Carnival 2016 ONLY.
Eligibility
- All entrants must be eighteen (18) years and over to be eligible for the promotion.
- All travelers must claim their tickets immediately after the winner is revealed.
- All travelers MUST book flights immediately after the winner is revealed.
- All travelers MUST travel to destination country no later than 5th May 2016.
- Prizewinners travelling regionally will be awarded free airfare to The Bahamas with access through Jamaica* or Trinidad*.
- Prizewinners travelling internationally will be awarded free airfare to The Bahamas from access points in Miami* or Fort Lauderdale, Florida*. Travellers must have a Valid US Visa.
- JCD & Associates staff as well as BNFC staff, ground handlers and other partners associated with this competition and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this promotion.
- Prizewinners must be available for JCD & Associates news releases and must make available to JCD & Associates Limited, the use of their names and likeness for future promotions.
- Winners must give their consent to JCD & Associates Ltd for the filming and production of a feature to be produced for Caribbean Passport.
* Winners outside of these locations will have to cover the cost of getting to the access locations.
Competition Rules
- The contest ends at 11:59pm on April 24th, 2016. No new entries will be accepted after that day
- The grand prize will be two (2) airline tickets;
- Accommodation for (2) two persons inclusive of Meals for a duration of (3) three days;
- Transportation will be provided to official Bahamas Junkanoo Carnival events;
- Grand Prize winner must claim their prizes immediately after the prizewinner is revealed;
- Dates are NOT subject to change;
- Taxes, where not included on the ticket must be paid by the traveler. ALL TAXES MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO TRAVEL;
- Airline tickets, Accommodation for (2) two persons, Transportation to places of specified events in the package and/or Tickets for Events CANNOT be surrendered or exchanged for cash;
- Tickets are non- transferable, non- refundable and may NOT be sold;
- Winner MUST travel with their guest. Flight and Hotel accommodation cannot be separated;
- One (1) bedroom with accommodation for two (2) persons will be provided by the Hotel;
- All reservations are subject to the availability of the Hotel;
- All reservations MUST be made at least one (1) week prior to the intended date of travel and stay;
- Special conditions at the Hotel/Accommodation may apply.
